HandballArena Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy concerns the Club's directly invoiced HandballArena subscription with PSG, Borut Grauf s.p. It accompanies the Subscription Terms. It does not govern membership fees, event fees or other amounts payable to a Club, and it does not govern JoinSport purchases.

2. Before an agreement is signed

A SportHQ enquiry or founding-offer request is non-binding. Sending the request does not create a payment obligation. You may tell us that you no longer wish to proceed.

3. Cancelling a subscription

Send notice to support@handballarena.app, identifying the Club and the agreement. We confirm receipt and the applicable end date. The signed Order specifies the initial commitment, renewal rules and notice period. Cancelling renewal stops the next period; it does not automatically cancel fees for an already agreed commitment. Statutory or contractual early-termination rights remain.

There is no requirement to use a self-service billing portal for a directly invoiced subscription. Do not send banking credentials or full card details with a request.

4. Refunds and corrections

Fees for a period already supplied are generally not refunded solely because the Club chooses to stop using the Service. We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and provide the remedy required where we breach the agreement or applicable law.

The Terms and DPA provide for return of unused prepaid fees where the Club ends an affected Service because of a qualifying material reduction, adverse terms change or unresolved subprocessor objection. An additional refund right may be stated in the signed Order.

Contact us with the invoice reference and a short explanation. We investigate and explain the outcome. Agreed refunds for our direct invoices are handled by us. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory remedies or withdrawal rights if they apply to the particular customer and transaction.

5. Access and data

Cancellation takes effect on the applicable end date. Normal app access and the included club website then end unless otherwise agreed. Suspension for non-payment does not by itself delete records. Return and deletion follow Terms, section 13 and the DPA: restricted retention for 90 days after service ends, followed by deletion, including copies, subject to earlier valid instructions, a pending data return or legally required retention. No export is sent automatically. A Club may request return of its personal data under the DPA before scheduled deletion; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Individual privacy rights remain available independently of the commercial cancellation process. Deleting an individual account is not the same as cancelling the Club's subscription.
